Mr. Darryl Sendrea, P.Eng., PMP (Principal)

Mr. Sendrea has over two decades of experience in strategic business feasibility analysis, program and resource management, product and process engineering development and validation. He has a proven track record in identifying business opportunities for new product or process introduction and in solving business problems through creative and cost-effective solutions and structured research and development methods. He has managed the deployment of multiple large-scale systems, which involved complex pre-start health and safety reviews with multiple stakeholders. He is a holder of multiple patents whose experience spans industries such as passenger, commercial, military and recreational vehicles, consumer products, manufacturing, material handling, postal and logistics.

Mr. Sandeep Bawa, P.Eng. (Principal)

Mr. Bawa has over two decades of experience in strategic business development, general and program management and process engineering with focus on advanced manufacturing operations for both corporate and SME environments. By developing complex business cases, he has helped organizations achieve projected financial benefits through enhanced methodologies and research and development. His expertise has helped organizations define effective metrics based on accurate project technical data tracking and monitoring of material and resource costs. As a result, he is highly proficient in a broad range of environments involving product and system manufacturing, automated assembly, robotic and conveying methods and in a variety of industries.

Mr. Davison has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, which complements a significant amount of experience in Liability Mitigation and Due Diligence in the areas of Health and Safety and Environment. He understands the competitiveness in the industry and the value of working closely with the clients and the resources within their organizations. Mr. Davison believes in maintaining effective communication with each client. This has allowed him to provide solutions in accordance with all stakeholder requirements, while simultaneously using the opportunity to provide advice and training in regulatory compliance matters, as required.

Mr. Merrill holds a Master of Science degree in Welding Engineering and is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute. He has spent over 26 years with the Canadian Air Force as an Aerospace Engineer in which his operational activities focused largely on flight and operational safety. He retired in 2007 at the rank of Major from Canadian Forces Base Borden where he spent 4 years as the Officer Commanding the Aerospace Engineering and Technical Training Group and 3 years as the IT Division Head for the Canadian Forces Recruiting System. Subsequently, he was employed by Kinectrics Inc. as a “Principal Engineer” where he managed NDE development and research projects for Kinectrics’ nuclear group.

Mr. Dresser provides services to his clients through his own company, Short Circuit Automation Inc., in the areas of custom machine design, electrical controls design, schematics, panel building, machine wiring, machine startup, PLC & robot programming and has specific knowledge in the areas of electrical safety devices and circuits in the industrial manufacturing marketplace. Andrew provides his experience and expertise to CE in the areas of safety circuit design and approvals.

Mr. Rush has spent his career working in the field of pneumatic and hydraulic design and the manufacturing of systems and components as former owner and President of Rush Hydraulic Pneumatic Inc.  He continues to offer technical services to Rush Hydraulic Pneumatic Inc. and other specific parties. Gary provides his experience and expertise to CE in the areas of hydraulic and pneumatic safety systems and circuits and approvals.

Ravi Sharma, M.Sc., M.Eng., C.Chem.

Principal of ETCOS (Environmental Testing & Consulting Services).

Ravi provides air quality testing services to CE.

John Wickson of John Wickson & Associates

John Wickson is a qualified Instructor who has specialized in overhead crane operator training for over 15 years. He brings a wealth of personal and practical experience to the industrial arena. John has extensive experience with overhead cranes and safety training
